Shepherd Team building : Hotel Flamingo Resort
An activity where group spirit is at the centre of attention: one participant of the team will be the "shepherd" and will have the task of conducting his companions to the objective, to arrive inside a stable area.
The particularity is that the companions, known as "lambs", are blind folded and positioned in a sparse manner inside a confined space.
The task of the "shepherd" will be to herd all the "lambs" inside the pen.
